A good kitchen is like a good wine. It takes time for it to develop maturity and personality. Ten years passed between the premiere of our re-opening and the change in the kitchen management.

Our chef de cuisine; the master in the kitchen delights with his imaginative and sophisticated style of cooking. In his kitchen, he uses only products fresh from the market, which he and his team prepare skillfully and with contemporary lightness.

Our restaurant “Les Thermes” presents itself with a new look. We hope we have created the type of surroundings which enhance your stay and invite you to linger.

The restaurant has now been harmoniously integrated into the bar-lobby and offers about 45 seats in the à la carte area. Here you can enjoy a light meal for lunch or a romantic dinner by candlelight in an elegant atmosphere.

Moreover, we will be serving you complete meals and dishes which change monthly, based on selected themes. We are also happy to offer you small portions whenever your appetite is not so great.
